Earlier in the year, we seen a huge run on dot club domain names mainly driven by clubhouse, who went on to actually acquire the domain name Clubhouse.com from legendary domain name investor Scott Day and his company DigiMedia LLP, ever wanted to see what else they own in this outstanding portfolio see the other – 1,400 Amazing Domains!
I myself took advantage of the .club hype and sold over 100+ .Club names that I picked up for 99 cents and flipped them in the auctions, well today we see another sale this time for five figures.
In.Club has just been published for sale for $22,500 USD over at GoDaddy, The domain name is under privacy having been only registered on 10th of November 2021 at NameCheap, I am guessing it was a premium registry domain name, that the registrant then choose to list at GoDaddy or via there affiliated network and someone has now acquired after less than 30 days…
However GoDaddy does run the backend of the .Club GTLD with GoDaddy Registry so it might have been registered at NameCheap but published as sold at GoDaddy as they technically own the registry… One that maybe they will come out and let us know either way its a nice sale.
It shall be interesting to see what happens with In.Club and whom has acquired this domain name…
