The domain name Blunt.com was acquired by Farmhouse Inc and reported in SEC filings shared by George Kirikos back in May 2020, as George noted at the time the domains were acquired in exchange for Shares, not Cash, in the most recent filings by Farmhouse Inc, they have stated the following below:
On March 3, 2020 the Company issued a total of 125,000 shares of common stock to an individual for the purchase of the domain blunt.com. The fair market value of the shares issued was $125,000. The shares were issued under Section 4(2) of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
Fast forward two years and now this time around Farmhouse Inc have sold Blunt.com for $165,000 USD which appears to have been a cash transaction, this should allow the sale of Blunt.com to be listed at NameBio.com and DNJournal.com
The domain name has been acquired by Brent Oxley and it redirects to his Efty Holding page where you can, of course, make an offer to acquire Blunt.com which now has a minimum offer of $1 Million USD!
Brent owns many amazing domain names and for those who don’t know founded HostGator which he later sold and now owns Create.com which is a sponsor of RobbiesBlog.com
