NamesCon Announces Dates for Future Events at the Tropicana Las Vegas
LAS VEGAS, NEVADA – Beginning in 2017, NamesCon will commence on the fourth Sunday
each January and will continue to partner with the Tropicana Las Vegas as the host hotel and
conference center.
After a hugely successful launch in 2014, NamesCon experienced impressive growth during its
second year and anticipation continues to build for the 2016 event taking place January 10-13.
“NamesCon has established itself as the main industry conference and to that end we want to
provide a stable calendar of future dates that sponsors and attendees can plan around,” said
Richard Lau, co-founder, NamesCon, adding that “The Tropicana Hotel is being added to the M
Resort family of hotels and will undergo $20 million of facility improvements as well as new
restaurants, bars and lounges. We are locking in our dates through 2019 as well as negotiating
in low nightly hotel room rates for our attendees.”
Dates for the upcoming NamesCon conferences are as follows:
Sunday, January 22 – Wednesday, January 25, 2017
Sunday, January 28 – Wednesday, January 31, 2018
Sunday, January 27 – Wednesday, January 30, 2019
This new date structure consistently positions NamesCon after the Consumer Electronics Show
as well as the Martin Luther King holiday, and prior to the NFL’s Super Bowl championship.
