SPACESHIP.COM - UNBEATABLE $4.98 Dot Com Domain Registrations
I am looking at as many ways to sell my domain names as possible and have them listed at the various marketplaces i.e. Sedo, Afternic, Uniregistry etc… However one thing that I have never really done is put a simple for sale lander on my domain names, I have just created one on the domain names that I own HowToHideMoney.com
I have taken a few screenshots below but you can see it better if you actually visit the site instead – HowToHideMoney.com,
What do you think? I know it needs some work as I literally just put it together today but not bad for a first attempt imo, Would other domain name investors want to have something simple like this on their own domain names?
As we know PPC is pretty much dead and what we are all hoping for is that someone lands on one of our domain names and wants to buy it, well this give you the opportunity to now actively sell your own domain names doing by doing this…
I can adapt the lander to suit i.e. Create BIN and link direct to Paypal.com or Escrow.com also could change the Google Search Box to be an affiliate advert instead i.e. Promote another program that is related to the domain so you have an opportunity to still earn revenue.
I would love to hear what everyone thinks about having something like this to use, would you be willing to pay for such a service – Something like $10 for 20 Custom Domain Landers with a $5 per year charge for hosting? I haven’t really done the maths yet or you could even have this setup as a Free To Use but the affiliate link would be mine instead to then cover my costs should any of your traffic convert and you wouldn’t have any brokerage fee to pay if you handle the sale yourself, we could also set google analytics for you to track the traffic and we could implement other options too.
Leave a comment and let me know what you think and as always thanks for reading RobbiesBlog.com
Hi Robbie,
I think you have too much white space above the fold on your lander.
Thanks
Thanks! Appreciate the feedback, will look at narrowing the white space.
