I 100% get what they are trying to do after the news of this new strain of COVID-19 has hit the UK, however, we are a tiny country with a population of around 6 million people and we believe with the current infection rate, there are only 7,000 people in the whole of Scotland to have COVID-19 and 17 of them have this new strain and now we are going into another lockdown…
Yes, you are reading that correctly less than 0.5% of the population actually have COVID-19 in Scotland and the SNP (Scottish Government) thinks we need another lockdown…
The reality is no matter what country you are in, there will always be an underlying number of people with COVID-19 even after the vaccine, we need to learn to live with the new restrictions in our lives, Wear a Face Mask, Give Two Meters Space and Wash / Sanitise your hands frequently… We don’t need a national lockdown…
